Volunteers: How to Get Them, How to Keep Them is a compilation of wisdom drawn from more than 20 years of work in a wide array of associations in industries from medical to forestry, to accounting, to education to charitable organizations. Little has worked in associations ranging in size from 25 to 2.5 million members and scope from local through international. She has authored numerous articles and a regular column on association issues and is a recognized program presenter on association management and marketing topics. After building a successful business in Northern California, she relocated to the Chicagoland area to be close to her family. |
